Optional Service Modules

The system has additional modules that can be purchased, in addition to the main system. These modules include;

Branches

The Branch module allows you to split your database into sections, to allow for more data protection and privacy. You can use branches to control who has access to which data, such as if you operate within a few different areas and want to prevent someone from one area seeing the information from another.

Call Round App

Enhanced Mapping

Funded Work

The Funded work module helps to plan and manage service user requests for work/services that require funding. The module includes the following features:

  • Managing the request
  • Technical Officer and quotations
  • Recording funding applications made for the work
  • Recording quotes from tendering organisations
  • Processing winning tenders
  • Recording work and jobs costings to see financial outcome

This module can be used for large home adaptations for housing, funding for personal services or medical services. See Funded Work Module for help on using this module.

Handypersons

The Handyperson module allows you to assign and schedule jobs to a handyperson, as well as record materials and labour used. If you also own the invoicing module, you can take this a step further by creating invoices for work done.

IMCA

The IMCA module (Independent Mental Capacity Advocate) allows IMCAs to record detailed notes about each of their cases with sections to allow for specific information, such as decisions and outcomes, to be recorded.

Invoicing

The invoicing module allows you to create cost centres, service rates and invoices for:

  • Roster jobs, including payroll
  • Handyperson work done
  • Time and travel for contact made
  • Club and group attendances
  • Export options to major accounts packages

Rostering (previously known as Support Workers)

The Roster module allows you to create scheduled or one-off jobs for support workers or members of staff to visit or perform a service for clients. If you have the Call Round mobile app, workers can sign in and out of their jobs in real time, to mark them as completed.
