This report will show a list of all referrals which have been deleted. If branches are enabled you can first of all, filter by branch. Then you can select the date by which you wish to audit deletions. You can then choose who may have deleted the referrals, or you can choose all by clicking the ''Select All'' option. The final option would be to add a range of referral IDs.

This report will show a list of all referrals which have been deleted. If branches are enabled you can first of all, filter by branch. Then you can select the date by which you wish to audit deletions. You can then choose who may have deleted the referrals, or you can choose all by clicking the Select All option. The final option would be to add a range of referral IDs.

Once you have added the required filters you could either Display in Browser or Export to Spreadsheet.

The results will then display a list of all referrals which have been deleted. It will display the date/time, the user who deleted it, the org/person name where the referral was located and the referral ID. Please note you will not be able to access any information related to the deleted referrals. You will only be able to see that it has been deleted.
