Review Sessions

Your organisation changes over time, and so does your Charitylog system.

New staff join, experienced staff move on, processes evolve, and new projects or services are introduced. At the same time, we regularly develop and improve the system, adding features and tools that can help you work more efficiently.

Because of this, it's common for organisations to find that their setup no longer reflects the way they work today, or that some useful features are being overlooked simply because nobody has had time to explore them.

Our reviews are designed to help you get the most value from your system.

What is a review session?

A review is a dedicated session with one of our implementation consultants. The session is tailored to your organisation and can cover topics such as:

  • making sure you're aware of features and tools that could save time or reduce manual work
  • reviewing how your current processes are reflected in the CRM
  • identifying areas where workflows could be simplified or improved
  • discussing any new projects, services, campaigns, or teams that may need to be incorporated into the system
  • checking that reports, dashboards, and data collection methods still meet your requirements
  • answering questions from your staff and sharing best practice advice
  • highlighting recent developments or enhancements that may be relevant to your organisation

Why book a review?

Even organisations that use the Charitylog system every day can benefit from a fresh perspective.

Over time, knowledge can become concentrated within a small number of staff members, and day-to-day pressures often leave little time to review existing processes. As a result, organisations sometimes continue using manual workarounds, duplicate data entry, or outdated procedures without realising there may be a more efficient approach available.

When should we have a review?

You can book a review at any time, regardless of whether you've had one before.

  • growth in the number of Charitylog users
  • adopting new ways of working

Others simply schedule periodic reviews to ensure they continue getting maximum value from the system.

Cost

Reviews are chargeable, but you only pay our standard consultancy rate for the time involved. We can offer either half or full day sessions.

Many organisations find that the efficiencies identified during a review more than offset the cost of the session, whether through reduced administration, improved reporting, or better use of existing functionality.
