As of Feb 2020, a new feature has been added to text boxes to automatically save drafts of the text you were writing.
This gets wiped upon saving to avoid a backlog of drafts, but it will retain drafts per user, per client and per referral, to avoid details accidentally being brought from one client to another.
For example, if you are typing a contact against Mr Smith, but leave the computer and get logged out before you are finished, a draft will be saved so when you go to re-record the contact you will be presented with something similar to the text below. This will allow you to restore the text into the contact.
The same applies for other textboxes on the system, such as the further action, required outcome, or extension database text boxes.
