Contact Types are separate to all of these. The list of Contact Types can be configured to any setup you need. Contact Types are a way of categorising Actions recorded on the Charitylog system. There are other ways of categorising (and therefore, reporting on) Actions -
- Action Linked
Referral Source ("Where did the client hear about us")
- Referral Linked
