The drop-down list of Living Arrangements is used to capture information about organisations/people (usually people) on Charitylog.
Setting up Living Arrangements
Click on the menu item to see the list of Living Arrangements already set up on the system, if there are any. Click on "New Arrangement" to create a new one, or click on the name of an existing Living Arrangement to edit it.
You can now enter:
- Name
- Description (for information on this screen only; this is not displayed on any reporting output)
- Display Order
- Active Living Arrangement? - whether this option is available for use on the system or not
Click "Save Details" when done.
Number of usages
On the screen displaying the Living Arrangements set up on the system, there is a column showing "Number of Orgs/People Usages".
Clicking on any number in this column (as long as it is not zero) will show all of the people on the system that have that Ethnic Origin set on their record.
Examples of use
The drop-down list of living arrangements is used:
- On any organisation/person's Details screen, for example Client Details, subject to the field being turned on in Record Type Definitions
Reporting outputs
Data entered using this drop-down list is available:
- In Data Extractions, both as selection criteria and as data to be displayed on an output spreadsheet
- In the KPI Report Designer as a filter (for example, the "Number of Clients Accessing Service By Living Arrangement" report)
