The welcome page is a very basic home page, which is typically used where you have a user who has very restricted access, and doesn't have access to any of the typically home pages like the Action List, KPI reports etc.

To do this go to the Cog, then select User Access and Users. Select the users name and on the General User Details section, set the Home Page drop down to Welcome Page.

To edit the content of the Welcome Page, go to the Cog and select Logging In / System Access. In the left hand menu you will find a section called Welcome Message. Here, you can input text or images which will appear on the page.
