=The Carer Configuration=

With the Carer configuration there is a tab on the Client record to add Cared Fors and a the reverse available on the Cared For record.  It is also normal to use the service user group field on the Cared For which is used for reporting.  In reverse it would be typical to use the Status Field on the client record (used for Young Carers, Young Ault Carers, Adult Carers & Ex Carers).

  • Client and Cared Fors - This configuration is for Carer type organisation that supports people caring for others.
