Additional Modules

The system has additional modules that can be purchased, in addition to the main system. These modules include;

Branches

The Branch module allows you to split your database into sections, to allow for more data protection and privacy. You can use branches to control who has access to which data, such as if you operate within a few different areas and want to prevent someone from one area seeing the information from another.

Call Round App

Clubs, Clinics and Groups

Enhanced Mapping

Extension Databases

Funded Work

The Funded work module helps to plan and manage home adaptations and funded work, includes workflows, quotations and costings. This does not integrate with the invoicing module.

Handyperson

The Handyperson module allows you to assign and schedule jobs to a handyperson, as well as record materials and labour used. If you also own the invoicing module, you can take this a step further by creating invoices for work done.

IMCA

The IMCA module (Independant Mental Capacity Advocate) allows IMCAs to record detailed notes about each of their cases with sections to allow for specific information, such as decisions and outcomes, to be recorded.

Invoicing

The invoicing module allows you to create invoices for:

You can export invoice data from the system to Sage and Microsoft Access.

Ladder Outcomes

Roster (previously Support Workers)

The Roster module allows you to create scheduled or one-off jobs for support workers or members of staff to visit or perform a service for clients. If you have the Call Round mobile app, workers can sign in and out of their jobs in real time, to mark them as completed.
