Emergency card are generally carried by Carers to inform the emergency services that they are caring for a venerable person. The emergency services can contact the specified organisation so that an emergency plan for the cared for can be actioned. The emergency card lookup is a tool to allow fast searching for a person using an emergency card number. The emergency card number is recorded using a section on the left of a persons record. Simply type the emergency card number into the box and click the 'Search' button. You will be displayed the search results where you then click on the name of the required record.
Partial searches are allowed.
