Location in standard build: Administration > Drop-Down Lists > Courses & Qualifications.
The Courses and Qualifications drop-down list is a configurable list of any courses and qualifications that your organisation might be interested in logging. These courses/qualifications can then be attributed to organisations/people on the system using the Courses and Qualifications links.
Clicking on the menu link will take you to a list of the Courses and Qualifications that are currently set up on your system.
Click "Create New" to add a new one.
You can enter the following details:
- Name of course/qualification
- A description of what the course/qualification entails
- Whether this is a Course or a Qualification (which decides whether it will show up in the Courses section or the Qualifications section on Details screens)
- Whether it is active or not (if not, it will no longer appear to be attributed to organisations/people, but it will still appear in reports if there is data stored for it)
