Location in standard build: Reports > Referral Reports > External Referrals

The External Referrals Report shows any external referrals or signposts recorded on your Charitylog system. These can be recorded in two ways;

• Using the "Signposting/External Referrals" feature on the Record a Contact screen
• Using Information Links (also from the Record a Contact screen)

Filters

You can filter the data by;

• Date Range
• Staff Member (the Staff entered in the "Done By" box on the Record a Contact screen)
