Location in standard build: Administration > Drop-Down Lists > Accommodation Types
This is the list of available options in the Accommodation Type field, which is available for all org/person Types.
The number of times each Accommodation Type has been used on an org/person's Details screen is shown, and clicking on the number will show who those people are.
Creating Accommodation Types
Click on the name of an Accommodation Type to edit it, or click "Enter New Accommodation Type" to enter a new one.
When editing or creating an Accommodation Type, you can enter the following information:
- Name of the Accommodation Type (mandatory)
- Notes (optional; these notes do not display in the software or in reports, they are for information on this page only)
- Display Order
- Whether the Type is Active (available in the system) or not
Reporting Outputs
The Accommodation Type of orgs/people is available:
- In the KPI report designer - any report "by Accommodation Type"
- In Data Extractions
