Once you have created some Organisations and People on your Charitylog system, you can record details of work done with them. This work is recorded as one or many Contacts.
Usually, a Contact will not stand alone. It will be part of a group of many Contacts that are all about one particular issue. Therefore, the Contacts can be put in groups. These groups are called Referrals.
When a user selects a Project and clicks the "Create New Referrals" button, the Referral is created, and also the first Contact in that referral.
Optionally, a user can also create Actions. Actions are reminders to do a piece of future work, and can be created for oneself or for other members of staff.
