Location in standard build: Reports Tab > Clubs and Clinics > Waiting List
The Club and Clinic Waiting List Report is a report which outputs details about when people were added to (and removed from) Club and Clinic Waiting Lists. The data comes from three fields on the Membership Details page;
- Membership Status
- Date put on Waiting List
- Date removed from Waiting List
Report Filters
The following filters are available:
- Start and End date (both are required for the report to run)
- Status - this basically tells the report what information to look for. The options are:
- Added to Waiting List during period (everyone whose "Date put on Waiting List" falls within the given date range)
- Added to and removed from Waiting List during period (everyone whose "Date put on Waiting List" and "Date removed from Waiting List" both fall within the given date range)
- Added to Waiting List during period and remaining on List (everyone currently on the Waiting List (as of today) whose "Date put on Waiting List" falls within the given date range)
- Active or Inactive Clinics (choose from Active Only, Inactive Only, or both)
- Clinic - specify a particular Club or Clinic here, if desired.
Output Options
You can choose to have the report's output ordered by:
- Client name
- Date put on Waiting List
- Postal District (of the member)
