Actions are tasks to be done. An Action is linked to a Referral in the same way a Contact is, but where each Contact is linked to a User to say who did the work, an Action is linked to a User, but that User is the person who will do the work.

Actions are usually viewed on the Action List, where they provide reminders to users. For this reason, the Action List is usually set as your homepage when you log in.

Actions are not usually reported on in the same way as Contacts, because Contacts represent work done but Actions do not.
