Holiday Pay Earned Report
The Holiday Pay report allows you to report on the amount of holiday your Support Advisors have accumulated and how much holiday pay they are requesting, plus how much they have contributed to their holiday pay via unavailability's such as Training days. Complete the following criteria to run the report:
You can choose to filter by Support Advisor Team and can choose between a summary report or detailed report.

Summary Report
The Summary report will have a column for each of the following:
- Time Worked
- Holiday Hours Earned
- Holiday Hours Requested
Detailed Report
The Detailed report gives a breakdown per job card and will display in three sections:
Holiday Hours Gained From Work Time
This is the number of holiday hours gained from job cards.
This is the number of holiday hours gained from Unavailabilities that count as work, e.g. Training. (see Unavailability Reasons)
Holiday Pay Requests
This is the number of Unavailability time during the period that the Support Advisor is claiming holiday pay for.
