Record Insert Audit Report

Location in standard build: Reports Tab > "Audits" section > Insert Audit

The Record Insert Audit Report shows when data in the system was updated, and by which user.

Report filters

You can filter the report's output by:

• Earliest Date and Latest Date - set the overall date range for the report here
• User Name
• Table Name - choose the database table you want to run the report for.

• You'll need to select either a user name or a table name, as the data set is large and outputting "all users" and "all tables" over a large date range could slow your system down while the report is built.
