Travelling companions report template

To use the Travelling companions report template, you will need to have a copy of the Travelling companions spreadsheet and upload it to your system as a report template for use in the blue folder.

You can email support to get a copy of this spreadsheet.

To run this report using this template, follow the instructions below.

Report template

When uploading the spreadsheet as a report template, set the reports to start output on line 2.

Field set

Create a field set for travelling companions within your system which contains only the following fields:

• Postcode
• Date of Birth

KPI Report

To start the report, create a new KPI report; entering the date you wish to report on and selecting the Travelling companions project.

In step 2, go to the contacts section and tick Number of contacts.

You can then save the report as a preset for future use by clicking Save as new report.

When you go to run the report, click Step 3 of 3: Display further analysis and summary, and click the blue folder icon next to the total.

Blue Folder

In the blue folder, you will need to select the following options:

Field set

Select the Travelling companions field set mentioned above.

Add Org/People-linked Records

Select No extra data.

Add Referral-linked Records

Select the following extension databases:

• TC Referral Data 22-23
• TC Session Data 22-23

Spreadsheet Options

Export Header Options

• No titles

or

• 1 Title line

Where To Export To

Select the Travelling companions report template mentioned above.

Exported report

Once these settings have been entered, click Export this report. This will export the report into an excel spreadsheet using the Travelling Companions template.

Open the file, and click Remove names and run report to remove identifying information and finalise the report.
