General Data Protection Regulations
On the 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) come into force. At present we are increasing the capability of the system, to help you comply with GDPR. On this page you will find a list of new featues that have been released, and upcoming, specifically for GDPR.
GDPR Tab on records
This new tab has been created to inorporate existing and new features related to GDPR.
Process Record
In this section is the tools to process the record or details stored on the record.
Remove some or all of this record
At present this feature is not active, it's functionality will be added in the next major release. Here you will find the new forget me button. This new feature will allow you to anonymise parts of or all of a record, depending on what needs to be removed.
=Data Potability
At present this feature is not active, it's functionality will be added in the next major release. You will be able to export the record, which will include all the data from the record. It will export to an excel file.
Field restrictions on this record
At present the 'Show All Fields' button is a tempoary system , this will be removed in the next major release. Currently we have introduced a new system called filed sets (see below for further details). Some users may have found that they no longer have fields available to them. Pressing the 'Show hidden Fields' button will reveal the fields hidden by the GDPR Field Sets.
