Treatments and Activities are used on the Attendance Details tab in Club and Clinic Details. They are general purpose: they could be...

  • Activities that people participate in
  • Treatments people receive
  • Physical things people buy
  • Physical things you provide (but people don't pay for)
  • An enhanced level of service (for example, "extra charge for staying late")

...or anything else you want to use them for. If you want to record anything that happens at Clubs and Clinics which is distinct from someone simply attending the club/clinic, then Treatments and Activities is probably the way to do it.

Clicking on the menu item will show you the Treatments and Activities already set up on your system, if there are any.

To add another, click "New Treatment". To edit the name of an existing one, click on its name.

There are many different ways that Treatments and Activities may be used by clubs/clinics, so most of the setup is done one the Attendance Details tab. The only setup here is the name of the Treatment/Activity.
