Location in standard build; Accessed from the "Clients" link in the "Organisations and People" submenu
The "Search for Client Details" screen lets you search for clients on the system. You would also use this screen to search for clients that may not be on the system, and if you do not find them, you can add them.
Available search fields
The search fields that appear here are configurable from the Customisable Tab Settings page.
Always-on search fields
There are four fields that always appear on this page, in addition to any other set on Customisable Tab Settings;
- Charitylog ID number
- Emergency Card number
- Anonymous clients (show or hide in search results)
- Active (search for active clients, non-active clients, or show both in search results)
