Handyperson Job Cards

This page will display the Job Cards that have been created from the HP Referral Jobs. At the top you will be displayed a series of search fields to find specific Job Cards.

• Operative - Enter the workers name (forename or surname) or the organisations name to filter the results.
• Client Forename or Surname - Enter the service users forename or surname.
• Diary Reference No - Enter the HP referral number.
• Date to Start from - This search option uses the appointment date.
• Project - Filters by the project selected.
• Completed - Searches for Completed, Incomplete or all.

When you have entered the required criteria click the 'List Again' button to display the results. To view the Job Card click on the Job Card number. For details on completing the job card see Job Cards (Work done, time and materials) for details.
