The Club & Clinic Membership page shows clubs/clinics/groups that a particular client is a member of, and also shows all the other groups on the system. From this screen you can edit the client's membership details for any group they are a member of. You can also add them to the membership of groups from this screen, however this will limit the reporting capability and override the maximum number of members, See [https://wiki.dizions.co.uk/index.php/Clubs,_Clinics_%26_Groups#Managing_Members Club & Clinic Membership] for further details.

* To give the client membership of a Club/Clinic, use the "Add" link.

* To edit an existing membership, use the "Update" link.

This screen is independent of Projects, so you can add the client to several memberships at once, even across several Projects. However, don't forget that adding memberships from this screen does not record any contact with the client. If you need to record a contact as well as add membership, you will need to add them to the membership(s) from the Record a Contact screen.

The options available are:

* '''Referral Date''' - this is displayed on some reports. If this person was added to membership using the Record a Contact screen, the Referral Date for that referral will be automatically copied to here.

* '''Organisation Referred By''' - as above, if the Record a Comtact screen was used to add this person to membership, the Referrer for that referral will be copied to this field.

* '''Person Who Referred''' - this looks at the list of Staff and Professionals for its source. This field is only ever filled in manually, it is not automatically filled like the two above.

* '''On Waiting List To Become a Member?''' - If the client is put on the waiting list this will display Yes; otherwise No. Note that someone cannot be on the waiting list and a current member at the same time, and if you change this field to "Yes", the "Current Member?" field below will change to "No".

* '''Date put on Waiting List''' - this field automatically fills out, but can be manually changed if required.

* '''Current Member?''' - should be "yes" unless the person is on the waiting list (see above). If changed from "no" to "yes", the "On Waiting List" field above will automatically change to "no".

* '''Last Attendance Date, Next Attendance Due''' - these automatically display

* '''Date Membership Ended''' - will automatically fill out (when the page is saved) if the "Current Member" field is changed to "No"

* '''Usual Transport Method''' - the [[Transport Methods|Transport Method]] this person uses for this club/clinic. Used to create [[Transport Lists]].

* '''Missed Last Attendance?''' - automatically displays

* '''Total Missed?''' - as above

* '''Notes'''

At the top of the Club and Clinic Membership screen is a button, "Print Attendance Report".

The Club & Clinic Membership page shows clubs/clinics/groups that a particular client is a member of, and also shows all the other groups on the system. From this screen you can edit the client's membership details for any group they are a member of. You can also add them to the membership of groups from this screen, however this will limit the reporting capability and override the maximum number of members, See Club & Clinic Membership for further details.
