Emergency card are generally carried by Carers to inform the emergency services that they are caring for a venerable person.  The emergency services can contact the specified organisation so that an emergency plan for the cared for can be actioned.  The emergency card lookup is a tool to allow fast searching for a person using an emergency card number.  The emergency card number is recorded using a link on the base of a persons record.

The Emergency Card Lookup is a search to look up data in the [[Emergency Card]] section of the [[Details Screen]].
