The Extended Orgs & People List is a search tool available to administrators. It allows you to search for any organisation/person on the system, regardless of which Type(s) they have. For example, clicking "Clients" in the main menu and then running search for the surname "Brown" will show you all Clients with that surname; you can then proceed to search across all Types but this is not advertised to the user. However, using the Extended Orgs & People List to search for the name "Brown" will show you all organisations/people that have "Brown" in their name/surname, and they will be displayed with their Type(s), as shown.
