System types

The system is available in different designs depending on what is required.

Members System

The members system is an ideal system for micro organisations that require storing people and organisation records. This system is designed so that it can be expended to use more record types or open out into a Local or full system. The main features for this are:

  • Recording Members/Service Users details
  • Basic Contact Management
  • GDPR Features and consent rules

Charitylog Local

Charitylog Local is a cut down version of the main Charitylog CRM/CMS. This is an affordable option paid monthly for smaller organisations. The Local system can be tailored to include further features as required and can be upgraded to the full Charitylog system. Please not that Rostering, Handy Persons and Invoicing are not available for Local. The main features are:

  • 5 Record types (additional available)
  • Contact management for a single project/service (additional projects available)
  • GDPR features and consent rules
  • Relationships between people
  • Key Performance Indicators and reporting
  • A portal from a partner using Charitylog to receive referrals.
  • Addition plugins and expansions available (some listed below)
    • Extra record types
    • Bespoke fields
    • Ladder/Progressive outcomes
    • Clubs and Groups for attendance monitoring

Charitylog Single Project System

The Charitylog Single project comes with the full features of the full Charitylog System but with only Project/Service.

Additional Modules

The system has additional modules that can be purchased, in addition to the main system. These modules include;

Branches

The Branch module allows you to split your database into sections, to allow for more data protection and privacy. You can use branches to control who has access to which data, such as if you operate within a few different areas and want to prevent someone from one area seeing the information from another.

Call Round App

Clubs, Clinics and Groups

Enhanced Mapping

Extension Databases

Funded Work

The Funded work module helps to plan and manage service user requests for work/services that require funding. The module includes the following features:

  • Managing the request
  • Technical Officer and quotations
  • Recording funding applications made for the work
  • Recording quotes from tendering organisations
  • Processing winning tenders
  • Recording work and jobs costings to see financial outcome

This module can be used for large home adaptations for housing, funding for personal services or medical services.

Handyperson

The Handyperson module allows you to assign and schedule jobs to a handyperson, as well as record materials and labour used. If you also own the invoicing module, you can take this a step further by creating invoices for work done.

IMCA

The IMCA module (Independant Mental Capacity Advocate) allows IMCAs to record detailed notes about each of their cases with sections to allow for specific information, such as decisions and outcomes, to be recorded.

Invoicing

The invoicing module allows you to create invoices for:

You can export invoice data from the system to Sage and Microsoft Access.

Ladder Outcomes

Roster (previously Support Workers)

The Roster module allows you to create scheduled or one-off jobs for support workers or members of staff to visit or perform a service for clients. If you have the Call Round mobile app, workers can sign in and out of their jobs in real time, to mark them as completed.
