Pre-Implementation Spreadsheets

Pre-implementation spreadsheets are a series of spreadsheets that will be provided to you, blank, for entry of data into your new Charitylog system. This will set up (among other things):

  • Drop-down lists of data for reporting - ethnicities, wards and postal districts, etc
  • Users and staff members on the system
  • Your organisation's data (name, logo, address) which will appear on printed sheets, invoices and so on

Your administrators will be trained on how to alter or add to any of these, but we will pre-populate the lists according to your spreadsheets to give you a head start.
