Pre-Implementation Spreadsheets

Pre-implementation spreadsheets are a series of spreadsheets that will be provided to you, blank, for entry of data into your new system. This will set up (among other things):

  • Drop-down lists of data for reporting - ethnicities, wards and postal districts, etc
  • Users and staff members on the system
  • Your organisation's data (name, logo, address) which will appear on printed sheets, invoices and so on

Your administrators will be trained on how to alter or add to any of these, but we will pre-populate the lists according to your spreadsheets to give you a head start.

Postcode/Ward and Postal District link

For a fee, you can have all of the postcodes in your area linked to their relevant Ward/Postal District. This means that users can simply fill in a postcode and the system will populate the Ward/Postal District field for them.

You will need to provide a spreadsheet with all of the postcodes and the associated postal districts. Our programmers can then give you a quote to migrate this data in.
