Location in standard build: Reports Tab > "General" Section > Publications
The Publications Issued Report shows data entered using the "Provide Publications" link on the Record a Contact screen.
Report filters
You can filter the output by:
- Earliest Date Issued and Latest Date Issued - use these to set an overall date range for the report
- Publication Name - choose All Publications or report on a particular publication
- Publication Category and Publication Language - these are options which are set for each publication from the Publications page. You can filter the report by choosing them here.
- Project(s) - when publications are provided, this is recorded on the Record a Contact screen; Contacts sit within Referrals and Referrals are categorised by Project. Choose Project(s) here.
Output options
You can order the reporting output by:
- Publication Order (the display order as set on the Publications page)
- Publication Name
- By Category
- By Language
- By Client (the organisation/person that the publication was provided to)
- By Date Issued
