Preparing the record for the fields
Using Customise Orgs & People you will need to create a new tab called Sight Loss MOT, click on the link at the top of Customise Orgs & People to do this.
Use the edit tab button for the record type that you use the Sight Loss MOT with, see Tabs.
Importing the Extension Databases
Before using the Sight Loss MOT you need to import the extension database. This action will require Group Access to Customise Orgs & People and Extension Database Setup.
- Step 1 - Go to Admin Cog/General Settings/Extension Database Setup
- Step 2 - At the bottom of the of the page click 'Import From Library'
- Step 3 - Import the Sight Loss MOT extension databases (all 3 are required).
- Step 4 - Once imported click the name of each extension database and change the setup to appear on the tab created above (see Extension Database Setup for details.
