Configuring the Transport Method for a person's membership of a club/clinic
If someone is a member of a club/clinic, they will have a Membership Details page for that club/clinic. It can be accessed by clicking a link at the bottom of their Details screen, and also from the "Member Details" tab of the club/clinic in question. Set their transport method on this page.
Configuring the methods
Methods can be added and configured in the Transport Methods drop-down list.
Creating the list
Click the button from the Future Meetings tab for a club/clinic.
This will open a popup window where you can choose what information you would like displayed on the list.
If there are members booked onto that occurence that have a transport method which produces a list, the list(s) will now display and can be printed.
Alternatively, click the button on the Wizard.
You can now select:
- Whether to show a column for recording a reminder phone call (present as standard on the non-Wizard transport lists)
- Whether to show a column for Notes (present as standard on the non-Wizard transport lists)
- Whether to print a separate list for all the occurrences that happen on the day in question, or a combined list for all occurrences
Note that the Wizard transport list does not display an emergency contact number for each person.
Then click "Print Sheets".
