The Volunteers Report shows data about Volunteers.

Filters

You can filter the output by:

  • Earliest/Latest Induction Date - this looks at the "Induction Date" field on the volunteer's Details Screen. You can leave both boxes blank, in which case all Volunteers will be shown, but if you fill in either or both fields, only those that have Induction Dates will be shown.
  • People/Organisation Category - from the Details Screen
  • Notes or Description - searches the "Notes/General Description" field on the Details Screen
  • Active? - choose "All", "Active Only" or "Inactive Only" (see Active Field for information about this field)
  • Show Name and Address? - choose whether to hide or show name and address data.

  • Category - the "People/Organisation Category" field

  • DBS/PVG Issued - the date from the "DBS/PVG Issued Date?" field
