Support worker section of group access has two options for 'support plans'. One is for the support plan option within the support worker menu, one is for the support plan option within the individual client record. The wording should be differentiated to avoid confusion. Perhaps by calling the 'support plan' option in the support worker menu 'View support plans'.

The "Group can see Org/Person names?" setting is basically useless now, and only removes the name from the heading of org/person records without actually stopping them seeing the name field within. Controlling this with field access is much more intuitive, so this setting can probably just be removed from here.

It would be much more user-friendly to have the "Group uses 2FA" settings moved to the logging in/system access page (op_rules.php#security_rules). Currently users go to that page and select to enable 2FA for selected groups, and then have no indication that they need to go to the group access settings to enable it per group. Having a list of all groups appear under that setting on the same page would be far easier to use and would put all of the 2FA options together.
