"Where heard about us" seems like quite awkward wording, and is not the same name used everywhere. This has been brought up by clients, so it might be best to standardise it to referral source or something similar across the system to make it clearer.

"Number of cases by classification code" could do with a way of hiding inactive codes, as some users end up with a huge list from old code groups they no longer use.

The same has also been brought up for inactive users.

"Number of cases by age range at referral" is the only one to use the stored data rather than current data, which clients have mentioned throwing off reports. Especially as it apparently did not function this was prior to 1004. It would probably be best to jsut add a second option so users can choose whether they want the old or current data

We could use a kpi option for most recent contact in a project, as a few people have asked for this and we do not currently have a good way of getting this. It is possible to run a number of contacts report and filter it in excel, but if the system has a lot of contacts this may become too large and error when running it for meaningful timeframes, or become even more awkward if they have to run multiple reports and combine them.
