People are very often confused by the working days calculation. A more user friendly message explaining what this does would help a lot of users.
In the progress interval report, it would be much better to list the project name next to the stages in step 2, as on most systems this ends up as a list of identical "Case note" or "New referral" options, where there is no way of knowing which one is for the project you want to start with.
