Group list should be in alphabetical order

currently its too easy for admins to rename users, typically this creates issues later down the line with duplicate users or old actions being renamed to the new user name which is likely a different person. I think the username field should be greyed out once a user is saved, and if they wanna change it then it flashes up with a warning explaining why its not advised.

side note merging staff linked records severs the staff link so this should also have a warning.


Many users seem to be confused by the "Login with username"/"Login with email" button, and don't understand that this is to switch how they log in, rather than the current method in use.
