currently its too easy to admins to rename users, typically this creates issues later down the line with duplicate users or old actions being renamed to the new user name which is likely a different person.

I think the username field should be greyed out once a user is saved, and if they wanna change it then it flashes up with a warning explaining why its not advised.

side note merging staff linked records severs the staff link so this should also have a warning.

Group list should be in alphabetical order

side note merging staff linked records severs the staff link so this should also have a warning.
