Most of what you'll need is in the Contact Management tab in the menu, in particular:

Navigation

Most of what you'll need is in the quick search menu in the top right hand corner. Just type the name of what you're looking for, be it a report, a record, or a system setting.

Other tips

1) Click your user name, then Edit My Preferences, for accessibility controls, like high-contrast themes, font sizes, access keys etc. You can also set your home page to be the page you use most.

2) The magnifying glass in the top right can be used to search the menu, or type an id number like a client, case, job card or invoice.

3) Every page in the application has a page in this manual. Click the question mark in the top right.
