Quick start guide for users

Here's a guide to help get you up and running with the system. If you're a system administrator, remember our UK based support team are on-hand to help (all plans except Starter). See the admin quick-start.


Navigation

Most of what you'll need is in the Contact Management tab in the menu, in particular:

1) The lists of Organisations & People, e.g. Service Users, Volunteers, Funders etc

2) The activity, like the Action List and Calendar

Other tips

1) Click your user name, then Edit My Preferences, for accessibility controls, like high-contrast themes, font sizes, access keys etc. You can also set your home page to be the page you use most.

2) The magnifying glass in the top right can be used to search the menu, or type an id number like a client, case, job card or invoice.

3) Every page in the application has a page in this manual. Click the question mark in the top right.
