Ethnic Group

Location in standard build: Admin menu > Orgs and People A-J > Ethnic Group
The "Ethnic Group" page allows you to add to or alter the options in the "Ethnic Group" drop-down list. Select the 'enter new ethnic group' button to create a new group, or click on the name of an existing group to edit it.
The "Ethnic Group" field can be found on the Details Screen, and can be turned on/off from the Customise Orgs & People page.
