Equipment Descriptions

The Equipment Descriptions page allows you to enter details of pieces of equipment. You can then assign these pieces of equipment to people/organisations on your Charitylog system.

Clicking on the Equipment menu item will take you to a display of the pieces of equipment already set up on your system, if there are any. Click "Create New" to add to the list.

You can now enter the following details:

• Name of the piece of equipment
• Description of the piece of equipment
• Serial number

Once you have filled in the details and clicked "Save Details", you will be returned to the list of equipment with the new addition. If you need to edit details, you can do this by clicking on the name of the piece of equipment.
