Location in standard build: top of Client Details screen
The Letters and Communication page allows users to create preset letters or emails to a person, and also shows any letters/emails that may have previously been created.
Clicking on the name of a letter or email will create a letter/email with the person's details merged in.
Below the preset letters and emails, all previously created letters/emails are shown.
