Location in standard build: Reports > Office Reports > Courses and Qualifications Report

The Courses and Qualifications report shows which people completed a particular course, or held a particular qualification, over a time frame.

Control of reporting output

Filters

The report can be filtered by:

  • Course, or a range of courses
  • Qualification, or a range of qualifications

You can combine these two filters (i.e. you can report on one course and one qualification, or a range of courses and a range of qualifications, etc). You can select more than one course by holding "shift" and clicking, which selects adjacent options; you can also select more than one course by holding "ctrl" [on Windows] and clicking options, which will allow you to select more than one option when they are not adjacent.


Output formats

The output can be ordered by:

  • Name (of the person holding the courses/qualifications)
  • Name of course/qualification
  • Date of course/qualification

The usual output options are available: Display/Print (which shows the output on screen) and Export (which creates an Excel spreadsheet).


Data Sources

This report takes data from information entered in the "Courses" and "Qualifications" sections at the bottom of organisation/people Details screens.

The drop-down list which gives users the options to enter in these sections is Courses and Qualifications.
