You can place orgs/people on your system into Organisation and People Categories. These categories can be anything you need them to be. They are commonly used for categorising Referrers, so that they can be grouped for reporting - e.g. the categories that might be used could be;

Click on the menu item to see the list of Categories already set up on the system, if there are any.

The People/Organisation Categories page controls the drop-down list for the "Person/Organisation Category" field, used on the Details Screen.
