The Record a Contact (Anonymous) feature can be used to record work done for people who want to remain anonymous, don't want to divulge their personal information, etc.

Clicking on the menu item will take you directly to the Project Selection Page. Once you've selected the Project and clicked "Create New Referrals", you will be taken to the Record a Contact Screen, but with an extra section at the top where you can enter information about the person that the contact is with.

The fields that appear on this page are defined by the Minimum Data Sets, specifically the Rules for Anonymous Contacts.

The rest of the page is the same as for an identifiable client.

Clients created using the "Record a Contact (Anonymous)" feature have a background flag that marks them as anonymous, so they can be excluded from reports if required.
