Equipment

The equipment screen allows you to record items that have been leant to a person. The allocations can be for Service User, Staff, Volunteers or even organisations. See Equipment Descriptions to add equipment items for loan. To edit an existing loaned item simply click on it's name or click the 'Create New Item' to add a new loan.

Click on the "yellow people" button to access the equipment lookup list.

From the lookup list, tick the box of the piece of equipment you want to assign.

The lookup list will close automatically and the "Equipment Item" box will be filled out. You can now add any other information you need to. Click "Save Details" once complete.

Once the item is assigned, it will be displayed on the Equipment page. When the equipment is returned, you can update the assignment by clicking on the name of the piece of equipment, then adding the return date and any notes if needed.

Reporting outputs

Information entered here feeds into the Equipment Report.
