Welcome to the Charitylog manual.
The links below will take you to an overview chapter for each section. From there, you can find more detailed pages on specific parts of the system as necessary. Blue links are articles - click on the link to read more about that subject. If you know the subject you are looking for, you can use the search box, which appears at the top right of every page on this system.
If you can't find what you need, please give our support team a call on 01989 763 691. A manual is useful, but a conversation is even better! We want to make sure that you get the best use possible from your system, so please call us if you need to.
If you are a customer, remember that telephone support is included in your support fee; there is no charge for calling us (apart from the cost of a national rate phone call).
We are also happy to provide extra training days if required - one of our consultants can visit your office and run through anything you need to, one-to-one.
