Welcome to the Charitylog manual.

The links below will take you to an overview chapter for each section. From there, you can find more detailed pages on specific parts of the system as necessary. Blue links are articles - click on the link to read more about that subject.

If you know the subject you are looking for, you can use the search box, which appears at the top right of every page on this system.

Can't find what you need? Call Charitylog support on 01989 763 691, or email support@charitylog.co.uk. Remember that a manual is very useful, but it's no substitute for good contact with a real person! At Charitylog we don't want to just sell you some software and leave you out in the cold; we want to make sure that you get the best use possible from it, so please give us a call if you need to. We are always happy to provide extra training days if required - one of our skilled trainers can visit your office and run through anything you need to, one-on-one.

We grow our business by referrals. If you use Charitylog and like it, please don't keep us to yourself - tell your friends! We are very approachable and will be happy to do a "test drive" demonstration over the phone, answer any questions and if required, do a demo visit.
